Lisa & Shane part 2

Well here is part 2 guys! As you can see it was VERY VERY windy down at the beach, hence I didnt want them to get blown away so we kept it very short and sweet ...then it was off to Mosman Gorge for a some shots there, where it was a lot calmer ...

Lisa had this fab head piece/veil....it was devine! I just loved it!

Shane & Lisa's wedding in Port Douglas part 1

OMG! Yes its ME Vanessa! It seems WAY to long since I have posted...but good 'ol Bec has been keeping you all updated at whats been going on...I just cant believe how busy we have been and it is nearly Winter! (its meant to be the slow down time..but cant see that happening any time soon).

Well as some of you might know I went up to Port Douglas to capture this cute couples wedding. Gosh the weather was beautiful (well a little windy on the beach...) It was an amazing day and of course Lisa looked after my fetish for details in a BIG way!!..GO lisa!!) So I shall do 2 posts for these guys as I know you are eager to see some and I will follow with more images of you both after the ceremony soon;)

Autumn leaves are falling

How gorgeous are these sisters. Charlie and Alycia came here to our outdoor studio on the most perfect day...and all the autumn leaves had started to fall! The colours were just amazing. But we couldn't pick just a couple of images of these cuties, so there's a bit of a selection here for you to see.

Little Miss Lilly & Miss Grace

So we have had lots and lots of weddings up recently, we thought it was about time we shared some portraits! Here's a little glimpse of Grace and Lilly...aren't they beautiful. Vanessa had photographed Grace at the same age as a baby and it was great to go back and meet little Lilly.

WPPI Awards

Seen as Vanessa is too modest about this i have decided to put up a post while she's editing another wedding :) Each year the WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International) hold annual awards where photographers can enter their images to be judged. There are thousands of prints entered every year and Vanessa got third!!!! Here is the image for which she received this high honour:

I'm BACK!

OH MY..what a whirl wind few months I have had!

And THIS is meant to be the time where things SLOW down! NOPE not here!

I have just got back from a beautiful wedding up in Port Douglas (stay tuned for THOSE images!) and also took just a couple extra days off as I hadnt had 2 days off straight since..Ooo Jan! Yip Jan!

So with a couple of R & R days under my belt and all refreshed I cant wait to share what has been happening around here..some will be old news LOL (as I havent had a chance to post it!) and some will be lastest news as LOTS are going on around HERE at the moment!
