Looking for a Junior

Ok we are looking to take on a junior under my wing, who would like to "Tag" along at weddings and portraits with the hope of maybe becoming my assistant! We need someone VERY reliable and honest and have a very keen interest in photography and people. Drivers licence would be great and must be free on some weekends of course.
